O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyâ’ (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliyâ’ to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliyâ’, then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: “We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us.” Perhaps Allâh may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves. And those who believe will say: “Are these the men (hypocrites) who swore their strongest oaths by Allâh that they were with you (Muslims)?” All that they did has been in vain (because of their hypocrisy), and they have become the losers. [EMQ 51-53]
The events of the last few days have come as an eye opener for Muslims and non-Muslims alike. For those who had any doubts about the fact that the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), Muslim Association of Britain (MAB) and the Muslim Parliament were the lackeys and boot-lickers of the Blair/Browne regime now have their proof. This is so evident in how they are falling over themselves to please the Taghout/Pharaoh and how they are quick to jump onto the band-wagon of attacking so-called radical Muslims, extremists and fanatics, terms every practising Muslim knows are invariably reserved by Bush/Blair and the Israelis for Muslims who only ally with their fellow Muslims, who want to live under the Shari’ah (Islamic law), who strive for all Muslim land to be liberated and who believe that it is every Muslim’s duty to defend and protect the life, property and honour of his/her fellow Muslims.
The swiftness with which the Abdul Bari, Ghayasuddin and others have leapt to the side of the British prime minister Browne’s Crusade against Islam and Muslims reveals their true agendas i.e. to strive to do everything they are able to and in their power to support, protect and praise the kuffar (non-Muslims) whose own agenda it is to extinguish the light of Allah and to eradicate any trace of practising Muslims from their own shores, whilst they simultaneously continue to keep Muslims hostage, torture Muslims, send their people to kill and murder Muslims abroad, support the pirate State of Israel and occupy Muslim land.
Every Muslim who has been stopped and searched, whose house has been raided, who is in prison for standing up for the honour of the Messenger Muhammad (saw) or against whom the CPS, Judges and police have fabricated evidence, who has been interned by the Blair/Browne regime, who has been extradited or separated from their families due to their fortitude to speak the truth must now be making dua (supplication) against these sycophants within the Muslim community.
Even before the full facts of the recent scenarios in Glasgow and London are known the aforementioned hypocrites have come out in full favour of further so-called anti-terror measures and have given their full support for the police, MI5 and special branch to launch further arrests, to engage in more underhand treatment of Muslims and to create more of a siege situation than already exists for the ordinary Muslim man, woman and child in Britain today. As Abdul Bari (head of the MCB) has made clear: all issues of conflict between the government, the police and the Muslim community, such as the UK regimes fight against terrorism and their murderous foreign policy needs to be put to one side whilst they discuss how they can work better with the police to undermine and defeat the ‘terrorists’ a term everyone knows refers to practising Muslims who call for the Shari’ah, who refuse to compromise their belief, who hate the MCB.
Then you have Ghayasuddin Siddiqui of the Muslim Parliament who is assuring the British government of his support against the forces of extremism. Would that be the extremism of murdering Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan Mr Siddiqui? Or maybe the extremism of the British regime in their involvement in rendition, torture and the hostage taking of Muslims? Or maybe even the dishonouring of 100’s of 1000’s of Muslims up and down the country under the pretext of fighting ‘terrorism’? No… rather what he means are Muslims with whom he disagrees and who do not believe, as he does, in the kufr (non-Islamic) concepts of democracy, freedom, liberalism and secularism.
Eager not to be left out we also have Mohammed Shafiq of the Ramadan foundation, who said to his Jew and Christian friends in the UK that we need to come together, hold hands, support each other and only in this way can we defeat the terrorists want to divide us. Would that be the terrorists occupying Iraq and Afghanistan Mr Shafiq? Or those who terrorised a young man in Forest Gate? Or maybe the terrorists who are supporting the murder and mayhem in Israel?
Certainly Allah (SWT) promises us that he will test us in this life, whether that be with our families, wealth, health and also with an oppressor in charge over us. In the hard time Muslims must stand united together and not allow the hypocrites to divide us and brand us as extremists, fanatics, terrorists or moderates. Such divisions do not exist in the eyes of Allah among Muslims, rather either you submit to the commands of Allah, in which case you are a (practising) Muslim or you are not.
As the scholars of Islam, such as Sheikh Omar Bakri Muhammad have always stated, Muslims in Britain live here under a covenant of security and in return for their life and wealth being protected they are not permitted to attack the lives and wealth of others with whom they live. However the British government and all people in this country must also be aware that through the occupation of Muslim land, the draconian measures they have implemented against Muslims, the participation in torture and oppression, the British regime, security services and police have made many enemies both here and abroad, whom incidentally we do not control and with whom we have no link (despite some suggestions to the contrary by journalists).
In this time of crisis for all, the wise men and women must come forward and deal with the root causes of the destruction and mayhem both here in Britain and in places such as Iraq and Afghanistan. If the events of 7/7 and 9/11 are anything to go by it would not seem beyond the realms of possibility that the events of Glasgow and London may have been carried out by people in retaliation for the British foreign and domestic policies. If this indeed turns out to be correct then rather than blaming ourselves and supporting the British regime in further atrocities and draconian actions, surely the most rational solution to protect the lives of all Muslims and non-Muslims, is the complete withdrawal of all forces from Muslim countries, the release of all Muslims being kept hostage both here and abroad and an engagement with Muslims who differ with British values, via healthy debate and discussion, as opposed to silencing anyone who differs and branding them a radical, fanatic or terrorist.
